When you use TempMail, the only data stored is:
- Email content — Messages received at temporary addresses are stored temporarily and automatically deleted based on our retention policy.
- Domain data — If you add a custom domain, we store the domain name, optional contact info, and DNS verification status.
Data Retention
All emails are automatically deleted after the configured retention period. We do not archive or backup deleted emails. Once removed, they cannot be recovered.
No Tracking
We do not use third-party tracking cookies. If Google Analytics is enabled by the site administrator, it collects anonymous usage statistics only.
Third Parties
We do not sell, share, or provide your data to any third parties. Email content is only accessible through the inbox interface or API.
Security
All connections are encrypted via HTTPS. Email content is stored in an encrypted database on our servers. Admin access is protected by password authentication.
